I am very curious what includes training! Is this co shared experiences and feelings or just theory?

Thanks for this thought provoking question. My response is to suggest that training has significant practical and experiential aspects.
Learning that relies simply on theory or rote learning tends to be less than optimal. Training that provides the learner with useful skills and knowledge relies on practical exercises that use the learning.
