If you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything. If you have no specific goal and no set of values that is entirely your own, then how can you be expected to stick rigidly to those values? If you haven’t defined who you are, what you are about and what is important to you, then of course it will be easy to get tempted by good food, trashy TV or other ‘easy options’. Of course, it will be easy for you to be swayed by the influence and the meager topics thrown to your subconscious by others.
