Pedals On Bicycles - My Argument

I observed a father and his son operating a bike. Nevertheless, this bicycle did not appear like any cycle that I'd actually seen. It did not even have any pedals! As I got closer, I found the child was only several years old. That is pretty young to be operating a cycle. So I asked the father and exactly why it didn't have pedals and what it was. The father said that it was a KinderBike balance bike. I had to look that one up.
