The entire stadium stood up and cheered yesterday as Green Bay Packer Quarterback Brett Favre threw his 421'st touchdown pass, breaking the 13 year old record for most touchdown passes in a single career, previously held by Dan Marino. Yes, the entire stadium (Most of which were Minnesota Vikings fans as it was a home game for Minnesota) gave a standing ovation to the apposing teams' quarterback for throwing a touchdown and scoring against them. I got chills down my back as I sat there watching Favre glance over the entire crowd with tears in his eyes. History was made yesterday and I'm glad I was home to watch it. I'm not even a Packers fan. I've been a Chicago Bears fan my whole life. (Even though it seems this year Devon Hester is the only thing the Bears have going for them - Different story all together). Anyway, you dont have to be a fan of the Packers or even football to have RESPECT for someone who succeeds tremendously by putting their entire heart and soul into what they do. I feel there is a great business lesson to be learned here... Comments welcome...
