Remove Searchiincognito.com – Effective Removal Instruction

Searchiincognito.com browser hijacker, who is working to get rid of it? I have been getting this for some days and I tried many tools but they did not detect anything. Some of them did find browser hijacker after scanning but it was not the one I wanted to remove. So I tried using system restore in safe mode and returned to the day when this virus did not appear on my computer. But when the system restore finished and I restarted it, this virus still hijacked Chrome.
