You will get out of the typical gym routine while discovering incredible new skills in a fun yet learning focused area… nice for any exercise level. Team sports aren’t for everyone…but being part of a team is! We all desire a mild cheering section, rooting us on when we need to be pushed harder. Where most have failed in traditional team sports like football or soccer, they are brilliant in self defense!
