Mercer Condominium by Madison Houses is getting ready an application to build 67-storey making shaped just like a squared-off 0 in Toronto's Amusement District. Intended by Teeple Architects, the making is proposed at all-around 20 storeys taller than any of its neighbours whose heights are all in a metre or two of 157 metres, a variety founded when the Festival Tower previously mentioned the TIFF Bell Lightbox was approved by the Metropolis.
