I would say that Networking is the best way. Maybe not the fastest but the fastest is not always going to get you quality people that will stick with the business to give it time to grow. You should also brand yourself instead of your product.

I have to be honest and say that I have found the best and most effective way is to know exactly what it is you are promoting. If you are confident and happy about the business or opportunity that enthusiasm shows and you are more likely to get referrals.
