Mercer Condos Madison Properties is getting ready an application to create 67-storey building formed just like a squared-off 0 in Toronto's Enjoyment District. Designed by Teeple Architects, the building is proposed at close to 20 storeys taller than any of its neighbours whose heights are all in a metre or two of 157 metres, a range founded once the Festival Tower previously mentioned the TIFF Bell Lightbox was authorised via the City.
