It appears that you can win when fighting huge companies or things like the NHS if you have a good legal advice, something that is good news for the little man. I found this article and it gives all the advice you need to do if you get into trouble with the big boys. Sometimes life is just not fair and there is nothing you can do about it, but when you can, I reckon that it would be great to be able to turn the tables and get the right decision.
