Best Recruitment Agencies in Abu Dhabi for Hiring Skilled Manpower

Hi everyone,

We are currently searching for reliable recruitment agencies in Abu Dhabi to hire skilled manpower for our company. Our requirement includes blue-collar workers for industries like construction, manufacturing, hospitality, security, and cleaning services, as well as professionals in aviation, finance, healthcare, education, and IT.

During our research, we came across Candor International, which is considered among the best recruitment agencies in Abu Dhabi for GCC employers. They specialize in sourcing workers from India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh, and seem to follow a structured hiring process that includes background checks, skill assessments, and medical evaluations.

What stood out to us is that they also manage visa processing, documentation, and compliance with GCC labor laws, which reduces administrative burden for employers. Ethical hiring and transparency are very important for us, so this seems promising.

Has anyone here worked with recruitment agencies in Abu Dhabi recently? Would appreciate recommendations or feedback based on real experience.

Looking forward to your suggestions!
