Treo ngực sa trễ đường mỏ neo là kỹ thuật khắc phục các trường hợp ngực chảy xệ cấp độ nặng hoặc phì đại tuyến vú nặng. Bầu ngực trễ xuống cách rốn khoảng 5cm và đầu ti thấp hơn đường chân ngực trên 10cm. Kỹ thuật được thực hiện theo đường mổ mỏ neo hay còn gọi là hình chữ T ngược.
