I have installed other scripts on that server with no problems, it is just something specific to 3pillars (The 777 chmod issue)

Who is your host? I know with godaddy you have to purchase a dedicated server to install most scripts. I like 1and1 hosting they give you a ton of extra features and you can install 99% of the scripts out there at no extra charge, but their customer service sucks ;-(
This might be your problem, check with your hosting company to see if you meet their requirements for install scripts to your account.

I am STILL trying to get this installed on one of my servers. Even had the helpdesk staff attempt to install it with no luck. I will be moving my support domain to another server to see if that might be the problem.
