Modutek Corporation, a company that works in custom wet process equipment for different industries, has been selected to contribute equipment for Michigan State University's Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) project. The machinery Modutek Corporation will supply is a precision cleaning tool for superconducting radiofrequency resonators, which are the important parts of FRIB's linear accelerator (known as LINAC).
