Suggest solutions for Outlook keeps asking for password

I am a Microsoft outlook email user and using this emailing application for various purposes including home and office. I am utilizing this emailing application for the last two or three years, so I have a good hand at this emailing application. When I enter the login credentials in my outlook email account, I am experiencing Outlook keeps asking for password. So, it has become a very difficult situation for me to come out from this hurdle.
