You can use Alexa app and echo in your meeting room to control conferencing equipment. Need to Check room availability, and book the room for an ad hoc meeting. Alexa can be used to offer your employees a natural interface to report service and equipment issues. It can give answer frequently asked questions, and provide a company news briefing by building private skills or using Blueprints.
