Mr. Jody Kriss founded East River Partners LLC in late 2010 and has been dedicated to the improvement and funding of real estate properties in NYC. At present Jody’s corporation is focused on the growth of 8 housing projects in the Manhattan and Brooklyn regions with a cumulative price of over $125 million. Four of those projects have been successfully concluded and four more are presently under development.
