That is a question to ask for instance over the 7 years more have been talked about Omega 3 than any other item. I am sure there not one person here on Apsense that havent heard something about it. There has been thousands of sciencetific studies on Omega 3. How many people here have actaully used Omega 3 . Post your experince with Omega 3
