For foreigners looking to live and work in the United States, certain business immigration visas are required to enable you to do this. The four main visa categories are the E2 Visa, L1 Visa, EB5 Visa and the E1 Visa. Each of these visas requires an immigration business plan to be accompanied with the application to USCIS.
