The majority of us are sitting at a desk on a computer for at least eight hours per day (if not more). The things this practice do to your body are finally being recognized as a real problem. Have you thought of ways to help yourself? Does your job provide ergonomic seating and computers, or a wellness program? It is time to start making changes in the corporate world..if you answered "no" to both of those questions, look into some of your options. Sitting on a yoga ball instead of a computer chair not only improves your posture, it also tightens your core..and it's budget friendly.
