It's been a long time I have been trying to find out software development contracter in the internet... I guess my bad so far havent got any luck yet... If anybody has an idea .... how to approach then that will be really appreciated... I promise if anyone will get me any project I will surely share upto 40% as commission.  Thanks

I'm afraid I can't help you, but in my country software developers are pretty popular, so I don1t see why you can1t find a job....
Why don't you advertise your skills?
There are even sites specialized to that. (for example http://www.getacoder.com/ )
