Surfing TEs and using the mouse only for icon clicking. I do that now. I have 2 different methods. O

I always just used the mouse to change tabs but keyboard is much more efficient:-) thanks.

Evenso this software works in the background you have the possibility to start and close it at any time. Once started it displays a small icon beside the system clock. From that icon you can create, edit, pause, delete a certain key function or close the program. I'm running the program since the day I mentioned it to you. No problem yet!

I might try the software you mention, although I tend not to install too many things that could make the PC freeze, I'm allergic to that :)

Well, i don't know what kind of keyboard you have, but with the thumb on the CTRL and the index on the TAB key. Or are you a left hander? Then it works! But the other day I told you about a software which allows you to change the key sequences. I just tried it out for firefox. Now I can move from tab to tab by pressing the TAB key only. I could have chosen any key actually, e.g. the spacebar.

which defeats the whole purpose of surfing using a fixed number of tabs. SO, the 2nd technique is to use 2 fingers, one for CTRL and the other for TAB. When I do that, I place the keyboard so I can 1st press CTRL with the index and then press TAB with the thumb. Else, continually using the thumb on the CTRL and whichever finger on the TAB would become very uncomfortable, and I fear it might have dire consequences for my hand.
