This is a beginning video on knives and knife sharpening. I have been asked by many subs to do more knife sharpening videos and so here it is. I am starting from the bottom and working my way up to hopefully take the "mystery" out of knife sharpening because the fact of the matter is that there is no mystery to knife sharpening at all!
