I saw the movie Trainspotting. Detoxing looks scary, but I was hoping not so much for alcohol. I think that is why my best friend won't even try. This post was insightful on the reality of detox. I like how they broke it down and let you know what to expect. I am going to show her and pray that this shows her it is doable.
