Willful Blindness is a theory of obligation in the government criminal justice system that simply doesn't seem reasonable. The teaching of intentional blindness helps prosecutors found guilty offenders that intentionally shield themselves from clear proof of critical truths that are highly recommended by the situations. If a defendant who behaves in this fashion, they are just as guilty as those who have actual understanding of the criminal task. It is also said that individuals who understand enough to blind themselves to direct proof of crucial facts effectively have actual knowledge of those truths.
