There are rare instances of your SD card files get damage and TomTom home is unable to start automatically. You can see a memory card error appearing when GPS home is started manually. If you can see SD card appearing on your My Computer (Windows) or on Mac’s desktop but not recognized by GPS then follow the below steps.
