Merck seeks FDA approval for world's first anti-Kovid-19 drug

The world may soon get the first anti-Covid-19 drug. For this, drug maker Merck has sought approval from the US Drug Regulator (FDA). According to a report, the US regulatory agency FDA can make a decision on this in the next few weeks. The treatments that the FDA has approved so far against corona infection require injections.
