Magento 2 uses a unique architecture where the front and back ends are tightly coupled. But this does not happen in headless Magento 2. To understand headless development, we can separate it into decoupled front and backend. Therefore, it allows the front end to be developed separately without affecting the back end. This way, you can customize the front end without affecting the back end. That's why we need Magento 2 headless development.
