people should be given sufficient information about what is being offered to enable them to decide if they are intersted in it WITHOUT having to give any information to get it.

You are also totally ignoring the fact that the site you advertise has no TOS and Privacy policy.

If you take a good look at the site it actually complys with everything. It does not require you to join anything. The contact info that is asked is strictly for follow up purposes only. If you don't like the website that is perfectly ok. The site was apporved by marketing and is not used for advertising I was simply sharing the opportunity as this forum asks. So this site is about prepaid legal?
Why does it not state that openly?
This reply does not negate the fact that the site you are advertising is full opf REF FLAGS

Any site that does not give info without having to join first is to be avoided just as any site that does not have a TOS and privacy policy

Deleting my first warning will not stop me posting more.
I also know prepaid legal has very strikt rules about advertising and this site does not appear to comply
