Splashup - image editing online

Probably all of you heard that Adobe published first online version of Photoshop Elements. I tried out it but doesn't impressed me. I use Photoshop from the third version (on windows 3.11 - do you remember that OS?). And then found something online which looks like Photoshop 3, the old version of this great software.
