I opened my account with Yogajournal a few years ago, but never fully took advantage of the website. The past year, I have jumped into Yoga, to add to my ever growing thirst for knowledge of health and wellness. Performing Yoga, after weightlifting or b efore has been very beneficial for me. I highly recommended YogaJournal. Whether you are a beginner, or an expert, this website has something for everyone!

I have tried Yoga and it is not that easy. I was very clumsy at first, but I did improve as time went on. I also tried Pilates and could not walk for a few days It was brutal!!

It will take time to get used to Pilates, just like any form of exercise. Keep up the good work.
