Review on Xbox One X

Xbox One X Microsoft claims that it is the most powerful console ever! It was released on November 7, 2017, but before we get into the latest Xbox lets talk when and how the first Xbox came into an existence. Microsoft created Xbox brand for video gaming and entertainment. The first Xbox was released in the United States in November 2001.

The name Xbox was derived from a contraction of DirectX Box which is a reference to Microsofts graphics API known as Direct X. After 4 years a new version of Xbox was released which was called the Xbox 360 as the successor of the original Xbox in November 2005. Then it was time for the Xbox One to come, on November 22, 2013, Xbox One was released. It was the more advanced version of the Xbox 360, it was known as the 8 generation console. After some time the Xbox One was improved into Xbox One S which supports 4K and it changed the game for Xbox the 4K resolution gameplay really changed the way of gaming but soon it got old as Sony released its PlayStation 4 pro, therefore it was time for Microsoft to improve its console.

In 2016 Phil Spencer the head of Xbox announced Project Scorpio on June 13, 2016, and at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2017 Microsoft finally revealed the name of the console to be Xbox one X and it started shipping on November 7, 2017, for a retail price of $499 which cost in India for Rs 36,100 on Amazon.

The Xbox first revealed the Xbox One X as the limited edition Xbox One X Project Scorpio at Electronic Entertainment Expo 2017, it is a 1TB console and it was at this consoles launch that Microsoft claimed that it is the most powerful console ever! As you can see in the picture that it is a limited edition all black console and even the buttons on the controller are black too and the Project Scorpio inscribed in green on both the console and controller looks even cooler.

All the Specs are same as the standard Xbox One X this limited edition version also has a 4K Blu-ray player.
