After the1974 construction of the cellar was expanded several constantly.
The factory building was built in 1995.
On the whole territory of the vineyard roads are paved.
In the cellar several stainless steel tanks, barrels and different tiled concrete tanks can be found.
Because of the sheer size of the cellar it exceeds the needs of the small family vineyards and so the owners decided to sell it.
Applications will open in 2016. It offer significant developmental opportunities.
Now, It can be bought alone or together with the present owner company.
It could be a proper location of processing other agricultural raw materials or production fo foodstuff.
