On September 5, 2006 Jesus called us to take Exclusive Rights to go to the people and investigate and write books to document Signs, Wonders, and Miracles that He is doing right now. The Book of Acts was just a start of what God is doing. Today He is very busy, but we have not seen anything yet! Daily Signs, Wonders and Miracles are taking place at a phenomenal pace and God said they would continue to increase in intensity until Jesus comes!

Because of this, we started The Village Carpenter Publishing House. Since we went full time starting in July 2007, we have published seventy-two books.

Today I thought I had lost one of my best friends. That is what my response was when asked: How are you today? Let me explain.

A friend and companion in the service of our Lord Jesus Christ called me early today. We had been working on a book project since September 2006. This writing was first started in June 2007.

My friend is the author, I am the publisher. I had published his first book which I had in hand to show to him as a proofread copy. I had his second book published, which I should get this week. I had published this second book shortly after the first book and expect delivery this Friday.

We had already discussed the price of each element that goes into the cost of the books. We had already discussed the fact that the variable of the cost of the book would be the number of pages. That could closely be determined after I format and layout the pages. It was clear he would control the text and continuity of the book, not me, he is the author, it is his book.

Today he asked me the question: How much would it cost to do one hundred fifty six books? I started to explain that if the relative content or text remained the same The price would also remain the same. As best as I could tell up front Just to be discussing it.

The more we discussed it, the more I began to realize I was not being clear enough for his understanding. Then we lost our signal; we were talking on cell phones while I was traveling through the hills and forests of southeastern Ohio.

I called him back on both his cell and home phones, only to get his voice mail message each time. I thought for a moment Maybe we did not lose the signal! Maybe he hung up!

And he that killeth any man shall surely be put to death And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbour; as he hath done, so shall it be done to him; Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again Ye shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I am the LORD your God. Leviticus 24:17,19 & 22

Later he called me back and said something about me not giving him a direct answer to his direct question and he sensed that I was getting angry and upset, so therefore he could not talk to me now and he hung up again Before I could say a word!

I prayed, Lord, whats this all about? I gave him the most direct answer I could, but he kept coming back with questions that I had already answered, some way back before we did his first book.

As I continued traveling along the hills and forest, I thought back about every question he asked and how I could have answered it more directly. I prayed again and asked my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to forgive me for what ever I said or how I said it that would set him off as it did!

Then my friend Called me back and said he had an over whelming sense that he could not trust me! All three times, before I could answer him, he hung upon me.

I prayed again: Lord, what did I say? What did I do to give him the Overwhelming sense that he could not trust me?

Then my Lord spoke gently to my spirit and said: You told him the truth about the prices They can be documented. You kept him informed all along the way of each step in the process of his books. This too is document able.

I pondered what He said! Then, The Lord said: My Son, you have been faithful to me many years Continue to keep your word, continue to walk in my statutes, continue to fulfill your commitment to me! And I will be pleased!

God hath delivered me to the ungodly, and turned me over into the hands of the wicked. I was at ease, but he hath broken me asunder: he hath also taken me by my neck, and shaken me to pieces, and set me up for his mark. He breaketh me with breach upon breach, he runneth upon me like a giant. My face is foul with weeping, and my eyelids is the shadow of death. Not for any injustice in mine hands: also my prayer is pure. Job 16:11, 12,14,16,17

After much prayer and consideration of my next step, the Lord told me: Do not talk to him for seven days. I did just that.
