Review on The Body By Vi ChallengeI must admit that I was very skeptical at first about taking the Body By Vi Challenge. It took me 6 months of long nights reading and researching to try and determine if this whole thing was simply another pyramid scheme or gimmick.
I wasn't interested in driving a BMW (although I am very close to qualifying for one now) and I wasn't interested in the money that every one was making; I just wanted a product that worked. I have been dealing with my weight since I was 9 years old and after years of yo-yo dieting and several failed weight loss surgeries I was ready to succeed.
Ive been doing the challenge now for a little over a month and I am very thankful that I took the plunge and decided to try the Vi-Shake Mix. It has restructured the way I eat and made me more aware of what I am eating. I never miss breakfast anymore which has helped to increase my metabolism. The shakes make it easy to stick to the Challenge; its like dieting for dummies because there is no measuring, counting calories, weighing food. My shakes usually include 8 oz. of unsweetened almond mix, half a cup of fruit, two tablespoons of fat free Greek yogurt and a few dashes of vanilla extract all of this and it is less than 300 calories. It takes less time to make a shake than it does to pull into a drive-thru and order a breakfast sandwich or burger and fries. Each serving of shake mix has only 90 calories, yet it is extremely nutritious. The shakes are so nutritious that you can use them to replace two meals a day for weight loss.
The best thing of all about starting this challenge to me is how Ive changed what I put in my body. Ive stopped drinking alcohol and I try to eat as clean as possible. I usually have Baked Salmon, Tilapia or Swai everyday with steamed veggies and I snack as much as I want 2-3 times a day. If you are trying to lose weight you would have need to replace two meals a day with a shake, have a sensible well-round meal, and 2 healthy snacks 200 calories or less
