TE Command Post is the service you never knew you needed until you tried it!It's a complete TE management system, that allows you to keep track of your credits, banner and text link impressions at all your TEs at once. Find out which TEs you need to surf, and where you have credits to assign. At the click of a button, you can view more detailed stats, showing how many credits you have assigned to each site within a TE.
Before TECP, you would have to log into each TE every day to find out if you needed to assign credits, and for me that was just too much work. I would run out of credits because I forgot to surf or, worse, leave credits sitting in my account unassigned, while my sites weren't being shown. Not any more!
The other main feature of TECP is the downline builder. Practically every traffic exchange in existence is listed, so you really do have to promote just one link to get referrals in all your TEs. Plus, you can earn commissions at TECP itself when your referrals upgrade (which a lot of people do).

I am a free member but do not use it very often much because I am a member of too many TE's. I now keep track in an excel spread sheet which is rather time consuming. I will upgrade if i have the funds because it can save me a lot of time
