SZL type hot water boiler is vertical double drums boiler using chain grate. The front of the boiler is equipped with furnace of light tube water cooling wall, on the back of the boiler between drums is arranged convection tube bundle, inside the upper drum is a water distribution device, lower drum and header are equipped with regular drainage device. The tail of the boiler is equipped with economizer and dust collector.
Combustion equipment uses light chain grate. Along the longitudinal bottom of the grate is air distribution room. Air blowed into the total air duct by the blower enters into the air chamber below the grate by air adjusting mechanism on both sides. Each air chamber distributes air independently. Accurate air distribution adjustment makes reasonable combustion control.
