Review on Sheet Bending Rolls 415v

Morgan Rushworth range of 4 roll Hydraulic Plate Bending Machines with the capacity to bend from 2mm to 100mm in thickness and from 1000mm to 6000mm in width/length. Morgan Rushworth machines are designed using 3D CAD programmes and all calculations are carefully checked in the analyzing programme by experienced,
specialist engineers before production is started. The machines are fully 'CE' marked and all necessary electrical and hydraulic precautions are taken by Morgan Rushworth. The frames on these machines are fabricated, welded steel (St-52) construction. The roll shafts and bearings used in production are of good (European) quality.Spherical bearings are used for the rolls to minimise frictional resistance, which improves the capacity of the machines. These Morgan Rushworth plate rolls have exstremely high torque limits. NC playback and CNC graphic control systems are available as options.
