Are there any monthly fees?
NO - Your single payment gets you One Full Year's Access instead of paying our normal monthly subscription rate.

Is there an upsell?
The main WSO is for a Silver Level Account. Since changing to our new monthly pricing model, there is a credit system in place for the graphics output you generate. For those who will be generating lots of graphics, you will have the opportunity to upgrade to our Gold or Platinum level
accounts, for even more savings.

Q: What if I bought last year's Banner Ad Rockstar Offer or Have an earlier version of Rockstar Power Suite? Will I be upgraded?

A: Everyone who bought last year's offer of Banner Ad Rockstar, or has an earlier version of RPS, has already been upgraded to Rockstar Power Suite 2.0. Simply open your software and it should automatically upgrade if you haven't done so already. If not for some reason, simply submit a support ticket.

You will still benefit Big Time from this offer however via the special price on the credit packages offered here on each of the subscription levels, Silver, Gold & Platinum! And remember, the entire year's allocation of credits will be added to your account automatically upon purchase!

How Does Credit Usage/Cost Work?
1) Credits are only used for Graphics/Banners, No Credit Cost for PPC or CPV campaigns.

2) You only use credits for two reasons
a) a one time credit deduction when selecting a design template but only when you render the images and only if it is one that you have not previously purchased with credits (ie. You only pay one time for any design and then you can use it for no additional credit cost)

b) there is a 1 credit fee per image rendered.

So, here is a typical credit cost example for generating 1 set of 9 Banner Ads of the same design template.

Design Template Cost = 11 Credits
Render Cost = 9 Credits

For the casual user who plans to do a few campaigns and generate a few graphics every once in a while, the Silver Account will work fine. If you think you'll be generating graphics on a more frequent basis, or plan to use for clients, you'll definitely want to take advantage of the huge savings on either the Gold or Platinum level accounts offered during this Special Offer!

Q: How much are the monthly fees after the 1 year?
A: You are free to renew after the 1 year at the normal subscription rate for your chosen subscription level at that time (current rates range from $19 - $99/mo), however there is a good chance you'll be offered a renewal special before your subscription expires! :-)

A: The software requires a supported Windows Operation System. However, you may use something like VMWare, Boot Camp, or Parallels to run a virtual Windows machine on a Mac and our software works perfectly in that scenario.

Q: Is this a Desktop Application or a Website?
A: The software is a Desktop Application, but requires an Internet Connection to be active in order to operate. If there is no active Internet Connection, the software will not run.

Q: How do I get the Graphic Design Templates?
A: All Banner Ad Templates will download into the software automatically. Every time you start the software, it does a check to see if there are updates to the software and templates and downloads anything updated.
