I really enjoy working with my computer, howeverwhen it starts acting up like a slow load, or the
window freezes, I get thoroughly frustrated.
I know it can mean one or more of several errors
that I have picked up inadvertently by downloading
a product, or clicking on a link in a website, or
I have not completely deleted a file or some file/
folder has corrupted.
I also know that I am not knowledgeable enough to
go into my computer registry and start modifying
the registry. Some programs like Norton Virus ware
will try to get you to do that. You will only do
it once. The consequences of an incorrect Registry
modification is unforgettable. It makes your computer
run worse than ever or it shuts it down, and only an
experience IT person can then fix it.
Usually, though, if you have to get outside help to
fix your computer problems they do not like to or do
not have the time to do Registry corrections and will
simply recommend that they wipe your computer and
reinstall the system, and programs.
That does fix the issue(s), however you lose all the
content in your documents and email plus other content
you valued enough to save. I learned this the hard way.
This is what sent me on my quest to find some sort of
software to help me. I tried 3 different programs
