Review on Rainmeter - Customizable Desktop Skins

Why Rainmeter? It is lightweight. Started with Windows Vista, Seven and now Windows 8, there is a desktop gadget already included.
While this gadget is running, it consumes a lot of memory (in average above 30 MBytes), and depends on how many gadget is running. I noticed with more than 3 gadgets running, it consumes more than 45 MB and CPU load over 12% all the time

It consumes below 15MB and CPU load only 2.5 - 3.5% and Core heat averaging 65 up to 72 degrees (topmost-
And last but not least, you can create your own skins easily
