Blogging is hot nowadays. If you create videos and add them in your blog posts, it's even better. Also, I suggest you put your videos on YouTube, and put your blog URL in the description.

One thing I discovered, though. I have created more than 100 videos to teach features of APSense, Facebook, other social sites, and on general online marketing topics. However, on my YouTube channel phmoisan, the videos are not organized, so it's not easy for viewers to find what they need.

Enter my blog. On a WordPress self hosted blog, with many themes, you can create additional pages that appear on top. Choosing what pages to create is key. I created a new page called "My Videos." In it, you find links to other pages with my videos, grouped in themes, like "APSense", "Facebook", "Creating Videos". I will create more pages in the following days to have all my videos easy to find.

Another page I created is called "Resources." In it, I put links to other pages about writing, freelancing, information on scams, and other pages will come soon, as I have tons of links to awesome information I want to share.

All you need to create such pages is some knowledge of HTML. There are tutorials on the Internet about that. The best place is: W3 Schools.

Here's a video where I show how my new pages are made. The looks is bland, but I wanted to share the information as soon as possible and improve the looks later on.

My friend, on my blog, I have a post where I explain how to create screencast videos with screenr.com and I made a video where I show how to do it, all you need is a microphone, and if you have a webcam, you already have a mic, but I suggest using a headset

One tip, Nnamdi. Most people love videos, so it helps to have visitors who stay longer on your blog, this will improve your ranking

Thanks for share Philippe, it sounds like I could learn lots by checking those videos. I have a video and Worpress site where you don't need to know html, I just have to find a way around my time challenges!

Knowing a bit of HTML helps tremendously, Renee, I probably know no more than 2% of it, but it's sufficient to make a big difference in customizing things here and there
