Those in the industry who did not believe in doing MLM online were completely unprepared at the start of the pandemic. Since the pandemic it has become a necessity for the network marketer to transfer everything online. This included the selling of products, recruitment and development of prospects. Now we all have to admit that our new MLM goal is to build successful virtual teams rather than the physical.

For years the blending of affiliate marketing and direct sales has created a vacuum. People joining the home based workforce are struggling to understand that building a business means building a team.
