Review on oDesk

I have been using oDesk for about 2 months now and it has been a great experience. I started off hiring two separate contractors for traffic generation for my websites, one who seemed to have more experience and another who was brand new to working online.

I quickly saw that the more experienced person was not going to work out for me and decided to increase the hours and pay for the rookie marketer. He followed my instructions carefully and worked daily to build my links to my websites.

There is a lot of freedom in your hiring and team building. You choose who you want to hire, how much you can pay and how many hours you want them to work for you. If a contractor does not work out for any reason you end that particular contract and find someone new.

Many of the contractors are extremely well trained and have perfect written English. Many have writing skills and can put together articles and blog posts for those who do not have the time or the skills to do their own.

Give oDesk a try and find more time for the parts of your business that you enjoy and excel at.. or more time for yourself!

Hi Leslie, this is Nicole Miller from (formerly known as

I'm glad to see another online employer who is willing to give the new freelancer a try. Kudos for that!

In case you have a vWorker account, please note that you can search and query workers by a number of different criteria including skill (and most importantly in your case) availability.

I certainly got my start in freelancing through employers like you who were willing to see what the "new guy" can do. So once again, thank you and I wish you much luck with your outsourced projects.
