Can I Have A Separate Email For My Account And Payment ID?
Email for your account and payment ID must be the same. You cannot withdraw earnings if you have a separate email.
Why Is The Registration Disabled?
Registration will be closed every 25th day up to the end of the month. The registration system will reopen on the first day of the next month.
Why Is It That I Have Only A Few People In My Downlines Tab Than My Direct Referrals?
Your direct referrals signify the total number of people that signed up after you, including paid and free members. The My Downlines tab represent only the number of your paid referrals.
I Want To Leave Funds In My Account While The Registration Closes.
It is not recommended to leave any amount of funds in your account while the registration is closed. You will lose all the commissions from your downlines once the switching is done.
I'm The Last One To Register By 25th Last Month And Paid The Registration Fee. Why Do I Need To Pay The Fee Again By The 1st Of This Month?
The payment system will reset every 1st of the month. All of the members are required to pay the fee of $5 in order to join the matrix cycle and be able to benefit from the commissions. If you are the last one to register and paid the previous month $5 fee then you will be on the top position by the next month. You can not view your downlines and withdraw commissions if you are a free member.
