Review on Insulating Flanges

Insulating flange is a generic term of pipe flange joints with requirements in sealing performance of buried steel pipes and electrical insulation properties of electro-corrosion pipes. It include a pair of steel flanges, an insulating and sealing article between two flanges with each end welded.The insulating flanges are specially designed and produced for petroleum, chemical and other industries related by us. With their simple structures, safe operations and reliable performance, they have always enjoyed eat popularity among all customers. USAGE:

Insulating flanges are mainly applied to gas transmission pipelines, gas regulators, gauges, storages etc.

With their main functions to separate and insulate different segments of?gas transmission pipes, devices

and lines, protect them form any chemical corrosion and prolong their service life. Follow the standard

These products may be classified into two groups by the insulating sealing parts, which are specific-

pressure sealed insulating flanges (for short, I-type insulating flanges) and self-tightening seal

insulating flanges (for short, II-type insulating flanges). Scope of application of the I-type insulating

flanges: nominal pressure (PN)2.5MPa.
