I had purchased an Epson 2650 printer which did not work. After several hours of technical support, you sent me another printer. Which also did not work. I spend several more hours with technical support. Reference numbers: 150629-005888, 150624-001241, 150629-001033. After over 5 hours, the printers did not work. So I called a computer tech person in who got the printer working by saying it timed itself out before the network key was entered. He got it working. Unplugged the printer and it didnt work again. $198 and I feel you owe me that. what a poor product and customer support for a new printer.Related to Epson
