Sandboarding is Allegedly it was the sport of pharaohs; some will argue there is evidence that ancient Egyptians were the first to ride the dunes, using hardened pottery or wooden boards. Imagine king tut Ankh amon or queen Cleopatra skiing on a sand dune.
yes? Maybe, maybe not, but it is nice to think that Egypt was the birthplace of what has become one of the worlds coolest extreme sports.
Modern Sandboarding is not as new as you may think. It got lost somewhere in the shadow of surfing and snowboarding, but since the 60s it has grown in popularity. While the balance and technique is borrowed from snowboarding, your powder-loving pals will have a unique challenge when it comes to riding on sand that never melt
Today, Egypt is home to some of the best Sandboarding destinations Qattaniya dunes, whit desert Carwin Dunes
And other in the great sand sea.
The program of the event
Day1 : Arrive Cairo meet and assist transfers to the hotel by our assistance stay overnight at hotel. Hotel bed and breakfast.
Day 2 : we will check out from the hotel in Cairo to 2 days in the desert and dunes our first
Stop will be in QATANIA dunes about 90KM away from Cairo we will start our first round then we will have a picnic then we will continue the first round until the sunset after that we will stay in hotel at Bahriya oasis dinner at hotel stay overnight.
Day 3: we will move to second spot CRAWIN dunes ( one of the best dunes in Egypt and the world)where we will take our second round .
At Noon we will have our picnic then we will continue our second round by the sunset we will drive off by 4 x4 jeep in the amazing desert we will see the black and white desert
And the great wonders of the western desert then we will camp in the desert for over night
