Leadership is action, not position@Paula, It is my own company and we are planning to launch a phase 2 version of this directory which will have affiliate program we are really strict in our Submission Guidelines, Sites failing to meet any of the guidelines are not approved and Payments are refunded before rejecting the link. In this way we maintain our quality, and quality is the key for any business weather it is online or offline. Whether it is directory business or any other online home based business.
