Delete Driver history:
Open the Control Panel on your computer.
Open the Hardware and Sound folder and then click Devices and Printers.
Right click on your Brother printer model and select Remove Device from the menu.
Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes.
Once removed, left click on another device and open Print Server Properties at the top of the window.
Click on the Drivers tab and check if there is an entry for your Brother printer.
If there are, select and delete them.
Now return to the Control Panel home screen. Select Programs and then Programs and Features.
Select and delete the Brother entries. Once completed, restart your computer.
